THE PELTIER COMPLEX

The Peltier Complex at NDSU is a three-story, 160,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility that supports research in food science, food safety, nutrition, consumer sensory evaluation, the development of new agricultural products, meat science, and muscle biology. The complex brings together NDSU’s food science, cereal science, meat science laboratories, along with the Northern Crops Institute and USDA.
